Set a Welcome Message At The Time Of Windows Boot Up

At the time of Windows boot up a popup message can be added which contains any message you wish to display. Today I will teach you how set a message at the time of windows Boot Up. Just follow these steps carefully.

1. Press windows+R shortcut from keyboard to open Run dialog box.

2. Type regedit in the Run dialog box and press enter to open the windows Registry.

3. Navigate to: 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\

CurrentVersion\Policies\System

4. In the Right Side pane double click on LegalNoticeCaption and enter a value that you want to see in the Menu Bar.

5. Now double click on LegalNoticeText and enter the message you want to display each time when Windows boots.

6. Close the Registry and Restart your PC.
