7. Switch from Right to Left-Hand Clicking

2. Now Right-click an empty area of the SendTo window >>Select New>>Shortcut.
3. Click the Browse... button, Select the program to which you want to create a shortcut and then click OK.

By default, Windows will automatically look for updates, download, install them, and inform you when the process is complete.

3. Disk Cleanup conducts a scan of your system to determine how much space can be freed. None of the files here are necessary, so you can remove all of them. Click OK to delete the selected files.

13. Create Nameless Folder

2. Click Hardware & Sound and click Change System Sounds listed under Sound.
3. In the Program Events box, scroll through the list and select Windows Logon and remove the assigned sound by setting it to None in the Sounds drop down list.

Startup sound.
